Your argument wreaks with all of the crap Ive read regarding characters in the Empire from the very beginning.
I'm not going to give props to any jack ass that thinks roleplay only happens at the hero ranks. What did you do for the other 50 ranks you powered right through? Have you done anything remotely bard like? I doubt it.

I'm tired of the crap that seems to come along with playing the empire cabal and what amounts to everyone and their fucking mother jumping on the bandwagon because why? Because it's a joke to get oathed, and it's a joke to get in, and unless you are dumber than shit or get screwed like Imhotep you will probably stay in.
Citizenship in the Empire cabal should mean more, and be more difficult. It's not.
I don't care what kind of time reatraints you have. We all have them, but you managed to find the time to power rank a bard, get him into what amounts to being a joke of a cabal then claim, 'well now I roleplay'.
