Well, actually only one after I look over it again. Solanger attacked in a city, but Hiroj was there which could be guilt by association.

Killing Centurions as a ghost IS abused, especially considering Tilvalon cleared the Imperial Road of Centurions. He died twice yes, but he killed several centurions as a ghost. I've seen it done numerous times, you kill somebody as they're attacking a centurion, they run and get a weapon and kill the rest of the centurions without fear.
