It seems like mobs assist against you less when it's high... Probably can haggle better... Likely some other little subtle things... I always try to take it into account with descriptions... If I rolled a 10, he's an ugly bitch with a bad attitude, etc. Considering every female character whose desc I've read is described as the most beautiful, ravishing goddess ever to grace Thera, I don't know if everyone does it...
