I played an elf dagger spec. My big complaints where that...

A) They need a damage attack that wont get them smacked. Something along the lines of jab.(Just like Lucian said)

B) Hurl was utterly worthless if you wanted planned to tank. Needs to be implemented so you can toss a dagger from inventory.

C) Even with an elfs 25 int, concealed is the hardest skill to master, and its only useful when mastered. Its a skill the only works when you dodge. Nothing needs to be changed in my mind, but learning it was something that really annoyed me.
