Mishakar is a duergar. He can see hidden. So, although normally you could hide from a shaman, you're going to have to keep in mind you can't hide from him. Granted, one of them was an aassassin also...so it wouldn't have mattered this time too much. But, if I were a duergar shaman I would hunt down thieves...just cause I could.
