As much as I would like to see Dawn take a more aggressive stance in the cabal scene, I don't think its going to happen any time soon. I really like some of the powers you've come up with, and as Saerin alluded to, a new cabal under Shokai is much more likely than a split in the Servants. Nice thoughts though.
