I dont get it! Does Serafim ignore ALL applicants to the Tower? Of the four times I've seen him on, he's managed to brush me off (usually by not saying a word) and vanish sometime shortly after. The Tower doesn't want new members? Does Serafim have something against invokers? Goddamnnit, I just don't get it.
