Its not easy to get into Sylvan. Most people give up. It takes time, it takes a much higher than average ability to roleplay, and you have to be somewhat schooled in fighting. It is highly unlikely that there will ever be more than a dozen or so Warders. I wouldn't suggest trying to get into Sylvan as a first cabal. Though the opportunity for interaction with cabalmates is limited by the membership, the quality of the experience of being a Warder is, and I do have a biased opinion of course, leaps and bounds beyond what I'd imagine its like to deal with numerous people who ruin the atmosphere of the game with ooc attitudes or comments, and those who don't know how to find their ass with a torch and both hands when it comes to a pk fight, whom you would likely encounter in cabals that have more members, but lower induction standards. Now, before you light that flamethrower and point it in the direction of this post, please know this...every single applicant I talk to is a Warder until they say or do something to cause themselves not to be, meaning I want to be able to induct every person I talk to, applicants start with a clean sheet, if they decide to piss on it, then they're the ones that have to sleep in it, not anyone else. One point of advice for Warder aspirants, if you spout the helpfile, which is in fact qutie atrociously outdated, or if you claim to want to be a Warder for this reason or that, or to protect this or that, and you don't know why...I'll leave it at that. Thank you for reading and have a nice day.
