The most you could possibly get by suing Pikel for copyright infringement is a court order forbiding him from using the name (he would be allowed to change it to Pikell or something though), and more likely than not, you'd lose the case anyways.
You would have to demonstrate that by taking the name Pikel, he is either 1) realizing a monetary gain or 2) infringing on the authors work. Neither of which is the case here.
Basically, what you are suggesting doing is akin to suing the parents of a 4 year old who dresses up their kid in a home-made superman outfit for halloween. The judge would laugh at you.
