The only thing I think is wrong is the roleplay, ofcourse they did not gang or something like that, What I dont like is the help as soon as he is attacked, If I play battle I always look how the fight is going before I call for help if needed.

They are supposed to be elite barbarians :-)
not an imperial blade, they should dare to attack groups, they should not group up and kill everything in sight.
