Actually, your reply states the point of my message better than the original did. There are certainly ways to kill a Lich (though certainly not as many ways as there are to kill a Warrior), but I think the Lich is the ultimate force in Thera when it comes to being able to stand in Market Square and wreak havoc.
I can only imagine what it would be like to play a Lich with all of the Emperor's powers, but I'd imagine it's probably the most powerful thing in the game.
