I had to do some digging to find this. :P

I think somebody else posted it, actually, from a different perspective... but the general point of it is that Amergin attacked in town without penalty. Which he shouldn't have been, seeing as he wasn't lawful and couldn't have been deputized. I had all sorts of justifications for letting him attack in town, and I found myself defending my position on the forum instead of in the game. Two arbiter imms and a Lord/Lady got involved on the forum as well... I tend to doubt that the event would have been scrutinized like it was had the log not been posted and scrutinized first. This was an instance of Woru being more real than perhaps the typical arbiter is... He made an emotional judgement (also classified as a mistake), and defended himself vigorously (But not in the game... just got uninducted immediately there. Of course, that's not the end of Woru's story.) Amergin really beat himself up over this for some time... I don't know that that character ever forgave himself, though Woru saw it as his own mistake.
