Fact, Yagar was a WANTED criminal.

Aristan attacked "Yagar", which resulted in his attacking the mercenary, which belonged to Palan.

Whether Palan assisted in combat or not, his action in naming the mercenary "Yagar" denotes assisting an existing criminal; by naming the mercenary "Yagar", he helps Yagar from being summoned, and thus a way to escape the wrath of the law.

I would want him so fast and without hesistation.
