First off, I think its lame for someone to kill an outer guardian
to stop retrieval. And if that was the case I wouldn't have fled, eh?

So what happened then? Well, at 5 in the morning after being in the realms
for five hours I went to cure critical ranger for litteraly about the 750th time
that night and sunrayed it :) Luckily I only went for two cure crits instead of the usual
20 :P Anyways, I thought it a good idea to get some rest after that, but I made sure the ranger
and I made amends. Heh, he forgived me, saying based on all the times I healed him and that it
was obviously a mistake in the heat of combat :P
