I love this cut and dry thought process.

Here's a story..

I'm sitting out in front of the paladins guild talking
with a paladin. I decided to give him a fireshield. The
syntax I was using was c 'fires' paladin.

Instead it came out c 'fire . I had hit accidentally hit
return before finishing. I fireballed him, and the paladin
guildguard. Me.. the first apostle.. fireballed a paladin
and a paladin guildguard. A typing error should throw out
all the shit I had put into the Servant quest, and in my
character after the fact. Should I have uninducted myself?

Hell, no!

There's something called intent. Did I INTEND to kill a
paladin (hehe he wouldn't be the first) or the guildguard?
Did Tiera INTEND to attack the ranger and help the master
get the orb?

It happens, and it probably happens more often than you realize.
Should we throw everything out the character has worked for
because of a typing error.

If you want an IC explanation, it's not difficult. For a mage
it could be a spell that went awry because the intonations were
so close. For a priest, maybe he or she asked for the wrong power.

Mortals aren't perfect. They are supposed to make mistakes. This
is very much real life. You forgive their mistakes and continue.

This is more real life then some of the shit you and others are
spouting.
