I'm not sure what its called that he used, but why would some ragers have that ability and be able to use it on others if its considered dishonorable to do so? When the other person fled, as you say, it seems like he acknowledged that he lost the fight, and Llauvrellin was just helping him survive afterwards and get away.
One other thing: bring it up IC or in some cases send mail to the imms. Stop trying to assassinate characters by posting questionable actions.
