I think pretty much everyone who has been inducted as of late will tell you it has not been easy. I do not deny that a few "bad ones" get in every now and then. I have no way of looking back over the life of a player and see if they have ever quaffed a potion or grouped with a mage. If my villagers tell me they have seen the applicant do such a thing, then there is NO way the applicant will get in. (I have NEVER inducted an applicant after being told by another villager that they have seen this applicant use magic) However, Nesam needs to trust for the most part. If it is later found out I was lied to... the villager is dealt with quickly. The imm's are always watching and what I can not see...they do. I do not claim to be perfect...but I believe that all leaders encounter a problem like this. (in one form or another)
