As an invoker, you should have switched to a better offensive spell once you had them blinded/poisoned/weakened (or at least all blinded... that's the most useful effect). You have many choices, and you have to suit them to your targets. The damage on scourge isn't enough to justify using it. It's a good starting attack, for the above reasons and because it pulls hidden/camoed folks out of cover. But after about 2 or 3, your barehanded enemies have seen enough of that, and you should either go for pure damage (racial vulns work here) or lagging/splitting them with pebble to boulder or buffet. Blinded warriors/thieves can't do very much to re-start combat, so buffeting a cloud/arial out of the room makes it a one on two. (Rager powers change that equation, but it will still give you a few rounds without the third one there. And definitely keep the bard engaged. Cold be sleep is not nice.
