Ok, so I'm anal, but I simply abhore multiple punctuation like this. It usually elicits some smartass comment from me in the game. For the record, is it used to convey some sense of bewilderment? (i.e. "I can't believe it, you mean you practice? Dear God, am I hearing this right?")

Perhaps I can get rid of this little pet peeve, perhaps not.
