Do anything possible to damage over time,
or leg him. Try legsweep, bash, trip. Since
he's probably prepared, those won't work.

Should have kept trying that impale, then use
your other spec to lag the invoker. (h2h right?)

Use pummel or crushing blow (can't remember which
one lags).

If you don't have a second specilization yet,
then get ranking.
