My advice, learn to deal with bard songs, aside from raising your charisma, there isnt jack you can do about them. Be very careful when fighting bards, and don't use spells that have a two round lag or those bastards will flee and sleep you. Don't worry about Quimtir too much, he should be con dead soon.

You haven't seen anything until you have had an elf fiend you. The legendary PKer Scorbus did this to me once and its still haunts me. Frightful fiends easily accounted for 1/3 of Agorinth's PK deaths.
