Ok, so I'm in the frigid wastes. Jafarlin, Zorszaul on and they have their equation. So I'm waiting for the chieftain to return, and this guy runs past me. Title is 'the Believer' and he's making a beeline for the sw corner of the wastes. Hmm...I wonder.

I was hidden when they walked by, so...

cut out a lot of stalking by me...

Inside the fourth watchtower
  Although barren of any decorations, this stone watchtower is a warm and 
welcome sight. You notice a couple of cots where the sentries sleep when off-
duty, and a few personal items lying around. To the north lies a door leading
back out into the frigid wasteland, and above you are stairs leading to the
top of the tower.
