Why did you use the emote command to go to sleep? Did you use it to get them to attack you by making yourself "look" more vulnerable? If that was your intention I have to say I think that is on the same level as multi-charing and trading equipment. (This also goes for all those people who try to emote that they traded you gold or an item in order to get you to give them one in return.)
