[EMPIRE] Agorinth: Loot him

He doesn't look like the emperor at this time, yet he used at least two special powers. I get the feeling that these powers have more to do with a tattoo than with leadership in empire. Besides Tur's tattoo would probably make you do something like use special tactics in combat.
