So of the ragers don't like arbiter, they are sick of getting flagged. So don't care either way as long as you don't use magic. Some ragers consider charmed pets as magic, The arbiter had a minotar. Maybe that's way. But there are different ragers in village and it's hard to group them all together in one catagory.
