Well how many times have you seen the prog go off and make a difference on the Defiance Cannes? I have been fighting Hilcroft over and over, even Nep's paladin from time to time and never seen it do the dispel thing even once ... I agreed that it might "help" the paladin in getting away, but it wasn't going to hand him Agorinths a..in the fight, or at least make a HUGE impact on the balance. Though the other stats might have helped him a bit with his saves...
All in all he wielded the wrong weapon ... granted.
But he would most probably been smoked anyway...
