Are you sure they had their head? No resistance + no deathblows. I'm definitely leaning towards no head plus either link dead or lagged to hell..he starts out near gushing, so something had been happening to him. A mangle and a demolish isn't going to get a hero warrior to gushing. You didn't do anything to lag him, so why wasn't he stunning you (he's a hand spec).
