No doubt. On my level 6 char, I was going to kill goblins south of Galadon with two others, and we ran into a phase spider one south of outside the southern gates. Killed me, one groupmate, and the other escaped with like 4% health. Imms said it was our problem, not theirs, and that Dawn should deal with it. Didn't really bother me though. Oracle
