I had just run through Balator, heading to the Palace as quick as possible to avoid Tordinrak when I ran smack into him. Instead of staying to hit me, his plan was to flee and knife, so I assume he just hit:
backstab Isander
flee
Lucky for me, considering his backstab dropped me to -1, then the tick hit, and I just continued walking. Quite the experience to get your adrenaline pumping, though.
