Depends on what you're using it for. If you wanna spend less on binding than on conjuring it, be prepared to dismiss it before it's time is up (or be prepared to fight it, which is something you definitely want to avoid). But like the Arcane said, it depends on what you're using it for.

But for generally walking around, getting xp, exploring, etc.. Use more on binding than on conjuring.
