It's no more dishonorable to use a potion or a pill than it is to bash or disarm. They are means accessible to you that do not come from another person. It's alright to quaff a haste potion, not alright to have a muter haste you. There *is* a difference between the two. Maclochlan is sphere Honor, and you didn't see him not using resist, or trying to disarm, and so forth. Why is it that so many people think "honor" is a synonym for "self-deprivation of every tactical advantage"?
