Actually, I had no idea that you were the one that killed Mankan.
Mankan briefly started to complain over [EMPIRE] that he was killed, and
a fellow Citizen and I sternly warned him about advertising defeat
and incompetence in such a way. I had asked Mankan to pay a visit
to a certain other Theran not long before that, and I assumed that
was the person who got him. I didn't pick up on your comment
about the "pathetic thief". Lots of those around, and Mankan had left
Thera by the time this happened, so I couldn't ask him even if my tired
brain was functioning fully.

I can assure you that you will be remembered, Sofiah.
