I'm just a fire giant, so I'm not too smart at counting...I'd say in 200+ hrs at hero I have about 15pk deaths. Of all of those deaths Pikel came closest to killing me alone, except he had a thief waiting to jack me blocking my escape. I have fought alot of full groups by myself and of the times I attacked only 1 comes to mind where I died. Over half of my deaths have involved a bard.

Agorinth does get killed, but that is not a problem at all. To me, its a problem if you don't die. What is the point of playing a game when the outcome is certain? In my opinion, if you're not taking chances you're playing by yourself. This is not the point of a PK mud.

My character is strong, definitely one of the strongest in the game. But to say he should never die is utterly moronic, especially considering the number of times I fight other players. Unkillable pker's used to be possible(I played a few) but not any more.

Here is every hero death I remember.
Pikel and some bard, ambush in the dwarf forest.
Pikel in Ysigrath
Saison and two hero battle thieves tripped me to death the one time I wasn't flying.
Takashimi - assassination.
Ghinsvare, Zagrathor and Akashia(?) when I attacking the phoenix one day. Halted with massive save.
Rybiskus and Nesam when the bard sang all my moves away.
One during a huge raid on the Grove. Nice work by Mendeiron.
Once to Draktha's poison/scourge.
Twice by fiery items while looting my corpse.
Three times to lord danerellen and the elves.
All the rest have come to bards and frightful fiend, five or six times.

> ...the complaint here is that a fire shaman Imperial hero should pretty much not die, period. And even with 4 powers that no one else has, you die. And not just once or twice, but a lot. Since you heroed, how many PK deaths do you have?
