First of all, creep is different because camouflage is obviously
a different skill from hiding, because it involves covering up
with brush and such. That explains the delay, and I guess it
explains why there are so many places where, although you can
camouflage in both rooms, you cannot creep between them.

But the changes haven't stopped yet. Some rangers have a delay
while creeping, some don't.. It used to not work at all once perfected,
then it started working about 75% of the time.

I don't mind the delay or the rooms that you cannot creep between,
since the game tells you that you can't creep without destroying
your camouflage. My only complaint is that, if creep is possible,
and you have it perfected, it should work. The way it is now, it
is just not nearly as useful as it should be.
