Finally, it is called rager courage. That means you can bend it to fit your needs. For example, never fight an invoker one on one. That is written on the Skull Throne now. Also, if you see a fellow rager attack another warrior, and the rager starts to lose. Always gang-bang the warrior for being a better fighter and for not starting the fight. That is like rule 4 or 5 on the Throne. I think killing unarmed clothed Paladins falls under rule 8 of new rager courage.
