I haven't actually tested the triggers in the game yet, but..

When I downloaded the text file, it didn't look quite right in notepad (there
were special characters showing where the carriage returns should be, and it
wouldn't import into zMud. So I viewed the file in Netscape (from the link
on the web page), and then copied and pasted it into notepad, and saved it
from there. The first time I still had some corruption, but the second time
it imported perfectly. I recommend backing up your settings before trying it.
