There are some things that piss me off to the point of wanting to throttle someone. This method of thinking is one of them. While I agree that a leader should be around and be a figurehead...the rest of the members of any given cabal should be independant enough to contribute to thier cabal without having to have the constant shepherding by someone else. I mean, c'mon people...if you want to play a cabal, don't play it because 'hey they're in power' or 'hey look, I can pk with that guy' try some friggen roleplaying for a change and stop being such sheep.
If you actually believe that the leader makes the cabal, you yourself will never be a leader of a cabal, and if you are...god help us all. As for masters, in case you haven't noticed/been around to notice...every cabal every so often goes through a slump (generally when thier opposing cabal comes 'into power' which is another thing I kinda already ranted about) if you want to do something about the slump...get off your ass, stop playing the cabal that is winning, and play the underdog.
