Do hasted people move twice as fast as others? That way they can walk down a fleeing person because we move at twice the speed? I always wondered about speeds of different races? Can a dwarf outrun an arial? What would this do to ragers? Now they cannot word or out run anyone. Wow, it can get ugly. I do not even want to be the one that programs this.
