This does raise an interesting question. How can you be dirt kicked while wearing a pair of spectacles. Also..how is a gnome gonna dirt kick a cloud giant. I mean really, that is kicking dirt like 12 feet into the air. One more pointless thought i might as well through in. If water breathing runs out underwater you can still last a couple ticks. Theoretically, does this mean you can hold your breath for 2 hours? (I know cf is a game and I do not mean these seriously, just found them amusing)
