I remember once killing an assassin in one hit with my thief. There was no yell, no arbiters on, nothing but a corpse. Hell, the assassin wasn't even awake to see me coming. Guess what? An arbiter appears in Thera as does witnesses. Makes you wonder but unless you can see the sites of these people you are dealing with you can't really do anything. Yeah, right a note to the immortals. Does that really ever work? Hardly. For one, unless you know everything about the other people you could just sound like a whining baby. I mean, it is easy to get some friends to log on from another site and play along. SO the only way to really see it is by some random chance of luck an immortal is following the arbiter and the other person.
BUT who cares. It is more like life if you assume some people will lie and cheat.
