Would be interesting, eh? If the corpse hasn't decayed, the healer can stand over it and commune this powerful spell, bring the soul of the person from wherever it is back into body, without the con loss normally associated with death. (Otherwise what would be the point?) Maybe there is some 'shock', a period where you cannot fight that goes beyond a normal 'ghosting' period. I'm sure the Imms have ponderd this, but if not...could be cool.
