I have just recently returned from the summer vacation. What I want to know is who is the master leader and when is he around I am not bitching just want to get a time frame. I have been around roughly a month before writing this post and haven't seen or heard him.

Any help would be appreciated I have played a few characters such as marshall knights etc. So I can kind of understand how much of a pain these posts can be.
