Some songs don't let you know when they work. Greensleeves is an example of this, and I don't think Tears does either. And it doesn't say "SoandSo look tired and weak" when you sing Weak Time of Year either. It says something like "SoandSo sags with the burden of..." or something close to that.

Tears makes it so you don't always see everybody in the room. Greensleeves doesn't allow you to talk to other people.
