Thas against the rules, and the immortals are very strict about the attacking out of range policy, remember those two A-P's who lost summon for using it to attack younger folks, well, a conjurer could just as well lose his spells. And if Conjurer mobs are anything like say, necro charmies, I believe now a days you don't lose xp from dieing to a necro's charmies, so I'd doubt you'd lose xp from dieing to a Conjurer's charmies, unless of course the conjurer loses control of the mob, but than the most likely thing is the conjurer either kills it or is killed...But I am just guessing.
