It means your luck stat just went up. -Snuffalufagus
When you roll your character you have a luck
stat that you don't see. If you identify
mantle of stars, you will see that it increaces
your luck by 5, so this can't mean that you
are going to learn you double damage start
skill 5 times...atlest this is what I think
you feel your luck improving means.
