I mean as soon as he became a lich he managed to get kicked out of arbiters then proceeded to do nothing. I knew he took the oath, but he never managed to become a citizen. Is it that hard to become a citizen? He began to show less and less.

I guess he musta lost interest in the game or just plain lost the ability to connect. I think it sucks if that happened. I hope that never happens to me.....I spend all this time to get one of the most powerful forms in the game just to lose it because I cannot connect anymore. The timing on his problems just sucked.
