1. Remove your shield.
2. If you are brave enough, remove your armors too so the mob won't miss you too much. Thus, you can parry that attack.
3. Flee when you attack a mob. Then quickly hit another till a whole gang is upon you. You'll see your parry rise.
4. Intelligience plays a big part in getting your skills honed. Low intelligience means more time in spending on your skills.
