Humans typically have lower initial rolls than other races, from what I've seen. I got a human at 92 one time. One time. Elves and drow max out at about 95, if I am not mistaken. I haven't rolled a giant in awhile...but I think gnomes and svirfnebli are some of the highest rollers...96 max?

Just pulling numbers out of my ass at this point..
