I rolled a ton of em (7), finally settled for a 91 with a 17 int and perfect charisma for a human warrior which seemed real okay.

Odds are, I think, as follows with charism.

10 * 10 * 9 * 10 * 10 * 10... 900000 to 1.

The 9 is because when your max roll is 17 your min is still 8. And, when your max is say 20 your min goes up to 10. Thus the standard race for perfect with charisma is 1 in a million.
