It depends on your class mostly...I'll give As confusing as that was I hope it was also
a fairly well known example. Invokers need
to perfect MOST of their spells in order to
gain new spells, but the spells are still
gotten according to level. Say you are an
Invoker and you perfect create water at
level 1 that doesn't mean you are going to
get create spring right away, you'll still
have to wait till level 11 to get it. Also
Invokers aren't the only class that does
this, but any other info should be found out
